Le 28 novembre avait lieu le Concours International de Lyon, grand rendez-vous des saveurs et du savoir-faire fromager. Notre fromagerie Matocq a eu l’honneur d’y être distinguée :

  • Médaille d’or pour notre Tomme mixte brebis-chèvre
  • Médaille d’argent pour notre Ossau-Iraty affinage long

Une belle reconnaissance du travail passionné de nos producteurs et affineurs, qui perpétuent chaque jour l’excellence de nos fromages.
